I love the big porch with the two sliders that are off of the kitchen and the family room. Love the brightness of natural light.
Love having breakfast nook, kitchen and family room open like this. We tend to congregate in these rooms and this makes for a nice space. We absolutely do not need or use a formal dining so I am glad to see that it is not in this design. Although, I would like the cabinets to be white or gray. Like this one here
View from the breakfast nook. I would like the flooring to be gray vinyl plank tiles like this one.
This is Trafficmaster from the Home Depot. Each tile measures 5×36 inches. A case covers 22.50 sq ft and would cost at the time of this post 55.58 per case.
I would also eliminate those cabinets on the side of the fridge in the first picture below and do a pantry with door like the second picture below.
I would also like the countertops to be like this: Formica 180FX
I would also ask them not to drill holes in the cabinets for the hardware. I would like to add that ourselves. Like this
Would definitely keep all hardware polished chrome. I would change them out on the doors and sinks etc. Here would be the door that I would choose
This would be the faucet in polished chrome and under mount sink.
American Standard 2555.801.002 Polished Chrome Town Square Widespread Bathroom Faucet
I would probably replace the shower stall with tile and a frameless glass door.
Or like this. This is the approximate layout of the Master Bath. So this could work. Only because I don’t like that piece of metal attached to the wall in the above picture.
The tile would be something like this and we would probably choose Venato Carrara tiles from The Builder Depot.
